 IV. Purposes of data processing, legal basis

 

1. Use of the website www.controlupp.de

a)  Log-Files

If you visit the website www.controlupp.de and its subpages, so-called log files saved. The legal basis for using the web analysis service Google Analytics is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

 

2. Conclusion and implementation of contracts

If you conclude a contract with Controlupp, in particular via the web shop that can be used via the website www.controlupp.de, Controlupp will process the data required for the conclusion, implementation or termination of the contract. These are in particular: first name, last name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, billing and payment data, date of birth, telephone number. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a and lit. b GDPR. 3. Data processing for advertising purposes

a) Newsletter

You can register for our newsletter on the website www.controlupp.de. If you register for our newsletter and have given your consent to receive our newsletter, saves Controlupp the data you entered when registering for the newsletter (first name, surname, address, e-mail address). If you already have a user account with King Controller, the data stored in this respect will be supplemented with the information that you would like to receive the newsletter. If you have lodged an objection, your data will be Controlupp no longer used for advertising data processing (blocking of data for marketing purposes).

 

 4. customer account

You can create a password-protected customer account on the website www.controlupp.de. You assign the password yourself. The aim of this offer is to make it easier for you to place new orders by permanently storing your personal data. Creating a customer account is voluntary. If you create a customer account, the data collected here will be processed on the basis of Article 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Please note that you treat your access data (especially the password) confidentially and do not make it accessible to unauthorized third parties.            

V. Transfer of data to recipients outside the EU

Controlupp are, with the exception of the above under IV.1. c) and d), your data will not be passed on to recipients based outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. The under IV.1. c) and d) mentioned processing includes data transmission to servers in the USA.  VI. Your rights

1. right of withdrawal

Provided Controlupp processes personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The revocation of the consent does not mean that the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of the revocation becomes ineffective. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending a message to controlupp.service@gmail.com.

 

2. right of providing information

3. Right to Rectification

According to Art. 16 GDPR you have the right from Controlupp to immediately request the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary statement.

  

4. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

According to Art. 17 Para. 1 DSGVO you have the right from Controlupp to demand that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately, and Controlupp is obliged to delete personal data immediately if one of the following reasons applies: a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; b) You revoke your consent on which the processing pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR or Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. a) GDPR and there is no other legal basis for the processing; c) You object to the processing in accordance with Article 21 (1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or you object to the processing in accordance with Article 21 (2) GDPR; d) the personal data have been processed unlawfully; e) The erasure of the personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States Controlupp subject to; f) The personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Art. 8 (1) GDPR.

VII. Data Security

For Controlupp the security of your personal data has the highest priority. Controlupp therefore protects the data stored by us through technical and organizational measures, in particular to effectively prevent misuse of the data by third parties and/or loss of the data.
